Lore is a personal AI being prepared for an invitation pilot. This notice covers the public website and correspondence with Lore. Account connections are not yet available through this site.

When you visit

Cloudflare hosts this website and handles connection information, including your IP address and request details, to deliver and protect it. The site serves its fonts and images directly. It has no advertising, third-party analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or account-connection forms.

When you contact us

If you email Lore, we receive your email address, message, and anything you include. We use that information to respond, handle your request, and manage invitation enquiries. Our email providers process that correspondence to deliver and store it. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other secrets.

We keep correspondence while it is needed to respond and maintain the relevant relationship. You can ask us to correct or delete it at hello@hellolore.ai. If limited records must be retained for security or legal reasons, we will explain the applicable exception. Provider backups may persist according to the provider's retention practices.

Connected accounts

Gmail, Calendar, and other personal-account connections are still being implemented. This website does not currently request Google permissions or collect Google account data through those APIs.

Before those features become available, we will update this notice and explain their data access, historical processing, AI processing, sharing, retention, and deletion controls at connection time. Visiting this site or emailing us does not authorize access to your accounts.

Use and access

We do not sell information you send us or use it for advertising. Access to correspondence is limited to handling enquiries and operating, protecting, or meeting legal obligations for Lore. Service providers process information for those purposes.

When Google account connections are enabled, Lore's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This is not a claim that Google has verified or approved Lore.

For privacy requests, write to hello@hellolore.ai. To report a security issue, use security@hellolore.ai. We will update the date above when this notice changes and provide additional notice before enabling new uses of connected-account information.
